Dr. Anil Maruti Latke is today known as an inspirational personality in the field of training, skill development and personality development. In the last 29 years, Dr. Anil Latke has successfully conducted more than three thousand training programs across Maharashtra. He has provided effective training to rural youth, women savings groups, bank officials, industry employees, students, teachers, entrepreneurs and goldsmith societies. More than two lakh people have directly benefited from his training programs.

His hold on subjects like Soft Skills Development, Personality Development, Communication Skills, Leadership Development, Team Building, Stress Management, Workplace Productivity and Customer Relationship Management is considered very strong. His coaching style is considered inspirational, practical and brings positive changes in lives.

Dr. Anil Latke has also done remarkable work in the field of Gold Jewelery Testing, Gold Valuation and Gemmology Appraisal. He has received specialized training in Government Certified Gold Jewelery Valuation, Diamond Grading and Gemmology. Presently he is conducting Gold Appraisal Training Program for many banks, credit institutions and financial institutions.

He is working as Professional Training Associate under Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), MSME, Government of India. Besides, he is also making important contribution as a Gold Valuation Trainer under the National Council for Cooperative Training.

The impact of his training programs can be seen in many reputed industries, banks, companies and educational institutions in Maharashtra and Karnataka. He has conducted training programs for many industrial institutions and co-operative banks.
