New Delhi: The arrest of RCC classes founder Shivraj Motegaonkar in the NEET paper leak investigation has triggered fresh attention online with several of his old social media videos now being widely shared across platforms. His old video, inspired by a popular dialogue from Pushpa: The Rise, has become the centre of discussion.

In the video, Motegaonkar, who is widely known as “M Sir” among NEET and JEE aspirants in Maharashtra is seen delivering the dialogue “Jhukega Nahi Saala” while promoting RCC Classes with the tagline “King of Chemistry”. In the reel, he says, “RCC samjha kya flower hai… RCC mein har koi fire hai… offline rehne do, online rehne do… jhukega nahi saala.”

The video has resurfaced at a time when the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is intensifying its probe into the NEET paper leak case. Motegaonkar was recently arrested from Pune after several rounds of questioning linked to the investigation and the CBI has sought 10 days’ custody to interrogate him.

The NEET paper leak investigation has now brought Maharashtra’s Latur district into sharp focus. According to sources, CBI officials have been camping in the city for the past few days and questioning several individuals connected to the case.

Investigators are also examining Motegaonkar’s alleged professional links with retired professor P.V. Kulkarni, who has already been arrested and is being described as one of the key accused in the case. The officials suspect that more names could emerge as the investigation moves forward.

The latest development comes after allegations surfaced that some questions from RCC Classes’ mock tests reportedly matched questions that later appeared in the actual NEET examination paper.

Motegaonkar’s journey in the education sector has often been highlighted as a success story in Maharashtra’s coaching industry. He comes from a farming family in Latur and as per reports he began his career by taking private tuition classes and travelling across the city on a bicycle to teach students.

In the late 1990s, he started RCC Classes from a rented room with just a handful of students. Over the years, the institute expanded rapidly alongside the rise of the ‘Latur Pattern’ of competitive exam coaching.

Today, RCC Classes operates centres in cities including Latur, Pune, Nashik, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nanded, Solapur and Kolhapur with thousands of students enrolling every year for NEET, JEE and CET preparation.
