Applications for UPSC NDA 2 will start from May 20, these documents will be required, exam in September

According to the calendar released by the Union Public Service Commission, the application process for UPSC NDA 2 (UPSC NDA NA-2 2026) can start from May 20. The commission can also issue detailed notification on this day. Candidates will get the chance for registration till June 9, 2026. Please note that applications will be accepted in online mode only. No facility of offline form submission will be available.

For registration, candidates will need passport size photograph, scanned signature, debit/credit card for fee payment, valid photo ID (PDF format), educational qualification and category documents.   3. After this, complete the registration process by entering email ID, mobile number and necessary information.
  4. Login by entering mobile number and OTP/URN and password/email and password.
  5. Fill the application form properly.
  6. Enter all the information correctly.
  7. Upload documents and photographs.
  8. Pay the fee.
  9. Select the exam center preference and submit the application form.

Exam will be held on this day

UPSC NDA/NA-2 exam will be conducted on 13 September 2026. The selection process consists of three stages, which include written examination, SSB interview and medical test. The written examination consists of Mathematics and General Ability Test. Multiple choice questions are asked in this. The exam will be conducted in offline mode.

Mathematics paper is of 300 marks and General Ability Test paper is of 600 marks. GAT paper is divided into two parts. Part A is to English and Part-B is to General Knowledge (such as Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies, General Science, Geography and Current Events). Selected candidates are allowed to appear for SSB Interview.
