BLS International posts net profit of Rs 724 crore in FY26

BLS International achieved its highest-ever performance in financial year 2026. Revenues surged to Rs 2998 crore, a 36.7% year-on-year increase. Net profit rose 34% to Rs 724 crore. The company's visa and consular services segment saw significant margin expansion. Several new contracts were secured during the year, contributing to this robust financial outcome.

New Delhi: BLS International Services has reported revenues of Rs 2998 crore for financial year 2026, up 36.7% year on year.

The company's net profit stood at Rs 724 crore, up 34% year on year. The company's EBITDA was at Rs 819 crore, up 30% year on year.

The company's board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.5 per share, in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 2.0 per share already paid during the year. The total annual dividend payout would be Rs 103 crore for financial year 2026. On a quarterly basis, the company posted revenues of Rs 814.6 crore, up 17.6% year on year. The company posted a net profit of Rs 186.9 crore, up 28.7% year on year.


“BLS International delivered its highest-ever performance in financial year 2026 across all key metrics, reflecting strong execution capabilities, scalable operating model, and deepening government partnerships," said Shikhar Aggarwal, joint managing director, BLS International Services Ltd.

"The company has demonstrated exceptional performance over the last three years, reporting a revenue, EBITDA and PAT CAGR of 34%, 54% and 49% respectively between financial year 2024-26. This is a noteworthy achievement by the company, further validating the robust business model as well as the effectiveness of the company’s strategies," he added.

He said the company's visa and consular services business continues to witness strong profitability.

"The transition to a self-managed business model has enabled a strong margin expansion of 560+ bps in the segment, with segment EBITDA margins reaching 40.1% in financial year 2026," said Aggarwal.

"During the year, we secured several contracts, including the contract from Ministry of External Affairs, India for visa application centres in China, the global contract from Slovak Republic, contracts from Cyprus in various countries, among others," he added.

In the visa and consular services segment, the company said it processed 44.1 lakh applications versus 37.5 lakh applications in financial year 2025, a growth of 17.6% year on year. BLS International states for the same period, net revenue per application increased to Rs 3,302 from Rs 2,903 in financial year 2025, a growth of 13.7%.
