Gram flour – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – half teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Then add lemon juice and mix well.
Mix all these ingredients and prepare a smooth paste.

First wash your feet thoroughly.

Then wash the feet by rubbing them gently.
