- Beet juice
- semolina
- curd
- water
- Ino
- salt
- Oil

Action:
- To make beetroot idli, firstly, mix semolina and curd together in a large bowl. Do not keep semolina lumps at all.
- Then add beet juice and salt to taste and mix well. The mixture will be red in color.
- Mix water if needed in the prepared mixture. After that keep it covered for some time.
- Grease an idli pan with oil and pour the prepared mixture in it and keep the idli to steam. Keep the idlis for 15 minutes to cook.
- Sprinkle water over the hot idli and take out the idli and serve it.
- Beetroot idli made in easy way is ready.
