The victim is a resident of Misrikh area of Sitapur district and was married on October 30, 2010. Everything went well for a few days after the marriage. But, after a few days, problems started in his life.

After this the situation worsened further. Her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law together snatched her jewelery and threw her out of the house along with her two children. But despite so much trouble he did not give up. The woman rented a room in Lucknow and started taking care of her children by working as a beautician in an urban company.
According to the victim, in June 2024, her husband apologized and pretended to be together again. But he had some other plan behind this. He was cheating on her and giving her intoxicating pills. This incident, which happened on October 1, 2024, happened very brutally. The husband tried to force physical intercourse. As soon as she protested, he tortured her badly and reportedly inserted red chilli in her private parts.
He also threatened to kill him.
After this incident, the accused husband threatened to kill her and ran away. The victim went to the police several times but initially she did not get the right answer. However, when this incident came to light and senior officials took notice of it, the police has now started taking action in this matter.
