The country’s most important medical entrance examination NEET 2026 A big revelation has come to light regarding this. Now for the first time, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has clarified its official position on this examination which was canceled due to paper leak controversy. NTA chief Abhishek Singh Appeared before the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Thursday and said that the entire paper was not leakedbut only a few questions came out.

As per India Today report, NTA told the committee that several irregularities and irregularities had come to light during the examination. Although the entire question paper was not leaked, the credibility of the examination system was affected due to some questions going viral. For this reason it was decided to cancel the examination.

Abhishek Singh said that leaking of some questions in any national examination is a very serious matter, because it can break the confidence of the students. Therefore, to maintain fairness, it was considered necessary to cancel the examination.

CBI is currently investigating this matter. The investigating agency has so far arrested several people, including some accused from Maharashtra. RCC directors Motegaonkar, P.V. Kulkarni and Manisha Mandhare have also been detained by the CBI.

Secretary to the Ministry of Higher Education Vineet Joshi also told the parliamentary committee that the investigation is moving in the right direction. Many new security measures are being implemented in the examination process to prevent such incidents in future. Work is underway on plans to increase paper security, digital surveillance and strictness at examination centres.

Amidst this entire controversy, now the eyes of lakhs of students are fixed on the re-conducted examination. New exam of NEET 2026 21 June Will be held on. The government and NTA claim that this time special arrangements are being made to make the examination completely safe and transparent.
