On a sequential basis, profit surged 139% from ₹316.7 Cr in the previous quarter

Job parent Info Edge’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 increased 12% to ₹755.7 Cr from ₹677.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, profit surged 139% from ₹316.7 Cr in the previous quarter.
Notably, the company realised an exceptional gain of ₹70.2 Cr during the quarter under review, primarily due to gain on “disposal of joint venture/other financial investment”.
Operating revenue increased 16% YoY and 6% QoQ to ₹869 Cr. Including other income of ₹496 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,365 Cr.
Meanwhile, expenses for the quarter increased 6% YoY to ₹572.8 Cr.
For the full FY26, Info Edge’s profit jumped 35% to ₹1,762.8 Cr from ₹1,309.9 Cr in the previous fiscal. Revenue increased 15% YoY to ₹3,284.7 Cr.
The company’s board also approved a final dividend of ₹3.60 per share for FY26.
“FY26 was a steady year. Topline grew at a measured pace, and operating margins improved through the year, especially in the recruitment business. 99acres and Jeevansathi continued to gain market share and strengthen their market positions. We also made significant progress in deploying AI across our businesses, deepening its usage in matching, recommendations, and developing new AI-native products and features, improving the value we deliver to users and customers,” Info Edge MD and CEO Hitesh Oberoi said.
Info Edge’s recruitment vertical continued to anchor growth in Q4 FY26, with Naukri’s revenue rising 14% YoY to ₹541 Cr. Its profit climbed 22% YoY to ₹340 Cr. The recruitment business, which includes Naukri and hiring platforms, reported a 10% YoY jump in annual revenue to ₹2,374 Cr in FY26, while segment profit increased 14% to ₹1,277 Cr.
Meanwhile, real estate platform 99acres turned profitable in the March quarter, reporting a profit of ₹3 Cr against a loss of ₹15 Cr in the year-ago period. The revenue of the vertical increased 36% YoY to ₹144 Cr. On a full-year basis, 99acres’ revenue rose 19% to ₹488 Cr in FY26, while loss jumped 22% to ₹59 Cr from ₹48 Cr in FY25.
Info Edge’s other businesses, including matchmaking platforms Jeevansaathi and Aisle and edtech platform Shiksha, posted a mixed performance. While the matchmaking business’ revenue increased 21% YoY to ₹46 Cr, its loss remained flat at ₹7 Cr in . Shiksha reported a 11% YoY increase in revenue to ₹44 Cr during the quarter under review but reported a profit of ₹6 Cr against a loss of ₹1 Cr in the year-ago quarter.
It is pertinent to mention that Info Edge also controls substantial stake in new-age tech companies. Its invested amount in listed Eternal and PB Fintech at the end of FY26 stood ₹722.3 Cr. Meanwhile, it has invested ₹780.9 Cr in unlisted companies like Skylark Drones, Nexstem, SkyServe, among others.
Shares of Info Edge were trading 4% higher at ₹963 on the BSE at 15:25 IST.
