Xiaomi Earbuds Launched: Tech company Xiaomi has also launched the Xiaomi Clip open-ear wireless earbuds along with Xiaomi 17 Max and Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro during an event held in China recently. Xiaomi Clip Price and Availability

The company has launched the new earbuds at a price of CNY 849 i.e. around Rs 12,000. Customers can purchase the device for CNY 799 which is around Rs 11,300 during the initial sale. The latest launch earbuds are available for purchase in Obsidian Black, Parrot Purple, Pearl White and Satin Gold (translated from Chinese) color options. Xiaomi Clip features and specifications

The wearable launched by the company has an 11mm dynamic driver unit, which uses a microcrystalline metal-coated diaphragm. These earbuds are designed to offer audio with a frequency response range of 20Hz to 48kHz. These earbuds support high-resolution audio decoding with LHDC 5.0 on compatible devices and have also received Hi-Res Audio wireless certification.

For calling, Xiaomi has also provided a VPU bone-conduction microphone with a three-microphone array in the clip earbuds. The company claims that this system separates human voice from the surrounding noise and the voice on the call can be heard clearly in crowded places. Xiaomi has also adopted a directional acoustic structure, which uses reverse sound waves to reduce audio leakage and improve privacy during calls and media playback. Xiaomi Clip supports seamless voice conversation through XiaoAI and can provide news, weather information, as well as answer daily questions. These earbuds also include a XiaoAI companion mode, making conversations more natural and contextual.

Xiaomi has added several AI AI-powered productivity tools to the Xiaomi Earbuds app, including live interpretation for live lectures and video playback, real-time call translation, face-to-face conversation translation, on-device voice recording, audio and call recording support, real-time transcription and AI-generated summaries. Users can also start or stop recording directly through the charging case.

The Xiaomi Clip earbuds are compatible with Apple’s ecosystem and support Apple’s Find My App to locate the charging case. Connectivity features of the Xiaomi Clip include Bluetooth 5.4, AAC, SBC and LHDC 5.0 codecs. Xiaomi has also included dual-device smart connectivity, so the earbuds can be connected to two devices simultaneously. The earbuds also support gesture controls. Users can double-tap to start or stop audio and triple-tap to change tracks. It has an IP57 rating for protection against dust and water. Each earbud in the Xiaomi Clip packs a 60mAh battery and the charging case packs a 510mAh battery. It has a USB Type-C port. The earbuds support fast charging.
