Arsenal wrapped up the 2025/26 Premier League campaign in spectacular fashion, as the newly crowned champions defeated Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
Goals from Gabriel Jesus and Noni Madueke ensured that the Gunners ended the season as the league’s most in-form side, fully justifying the guard of honour they received before kick-off.
The celebrations then carried over to London, where Mikel Arteta and his team proudly lifted the Premier League trophy — Arsenal’s first league title in a generation.
Among those present for the historic moment were club owners Stan Kroenke and Josh Kroenke, a father-son duo who have supported Arteta’s vision both on and off the pitch throughout the season.
From once being labelled as perennial underachievers, Arsenal have reclaimed their status as the kings of English football — securing their 14th league title in club history.
The joy was evident as captain Martin Ødegaard, along with England internationals Bukayo Saka and Declan Rice, joined Arsenal legend Ian Wright in reflecting on the team’s remarkable journey.
The Premier League officially congratulated the Gunners as the celebrations continued to sweep through the capital.
Supporters will now eagerly turn their attention to the upcoming summer transfer window, especially after Josh Kroenke hinted at major plans for the club in the weeks ahead, including the match against PSG next weekend and beyond.
“We are invested emotionally and financially. We love this club. We will continue to provide these amazing people with the resources they need. Tomorrow we will get back to work, there's more to win,” Josh Kroenke said.
