Annapurna Yojana assistance will not be availed if the account in which the consumer’s Lakshmi Bhandar money is deposited is not debited. Whether your Lakshmi Bhandar account is debited, it can be easily checked. Open myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in website from your phone or computer. Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha to get OTP. Login with that OTP. Go to the website and select the bank seeding status option. If your account is debited, it will show Active. Without DBT it will be inactive.

What if your account is not debited? Then you have to go to the concerned bank with self attested photocopy of Aadhaar card. Photocopy of passbook is also required. The DBT form provided by the bank should be filled and submitted along with this document. Then the DBT will be linked to your account at the initiative of the bank. Also can link DBT to Aadhaar centers.

Those who have not received Lakshmi Bhandar till now can also apply for Annapurna Yojana. State Minister for Women and Child Welfare and Public Works and Urban Development Agnimitra Paul said that a new portal is being opened for new applicants. That portal is not ready yet. In many places it is said that the portal has opened. This is completely fake news. When the portal is opened, it will be officially notified by the government. New applicants will apply to Annapurna Yojana through that portal. New applicants will get the money for this scheme after the budget is made in two to three months.
