The Premier League and Puma have officially introduced the new match ball that will be used throughout the 2026/27 campaign in England’s top-flight football competition.
The ball, named the Puma Stellar Nitro Ultimate, features a mix of pink, teal, blue, and dark purple graphic patterns set against a white background, giving it a vibrant and modern look.
According to Puma, the updated design focuses on aerodynamics and precision. The company claims that the ball’s structure “reduces drag to deliver a more accurate trajectory with every strike,” while its textured and embossed outer surface “is designed to maintain the ball’s speed and stability during flight.”
This new model continues Puma’s collaboration with the Premier League, combining performance-enhancing technology with a bold aesthetic intended to stand out on the pitch. The 2026/27 season will mark another chapter in the partnership between the league and the German sportswear manufacturer, following the success of previous designs.
