Right-click it and choose Extract All...
Select a destination and click Extract.
On Mac:

Open the Files by Google app.

Tap the file icon and select Extract when prompted.
On iPhone/iPad:
Open the Files app (blue folder icon).
Locate your downloaded .zip file (for example, in “Downloads” or “On My iPhone”).
Tap the zip file once, and it will automatically create a new folder containing the unzipped files.
If tapping doesn’t work, long-press the file and choose Uncompress.
To Import into Google Calendar:
Open Google Calendar on your web browser.
Click the Settings gear icon in the top right and select Settings.
From the left-hand menu, select Import & Export.
Click Select file from your computer and choose your .ics or .csv file.
Under Add to calendar, select the calendar you want to add the World Cup fixtures to.
Click Import.
To Import into Apple Calendar (iCal):
Open the Calendar app on your Mac or iOS device.
Click File and then Import.
Select your .ics or .ical file from your device.
