PepsiCo India’s iconic Sting® Energy brand has expanded its energy drink range with the introduction of the new Sting® Classic Kick flavor in the Indian market. This new flavor has been created keeping in mind the changing tastes of the younger generation, their fast-paced lifestyle and desire to experience something out of the ordinary. The company has said that this flavor, which combines strong taste, stylish look and high-energy experience, will give a different experience to the customers.

Along with the launch of this new flavor, the brand has also released an engaging and cinematic ad film with actor Lakshya. The ad features Lakshya in a stylish restaurant, where he is shown handling stressful situations with ease with his confidence and the energy of the Sting® Classic Kick. The ad, which combines action, humor and stylish visuals, has created quite a buzz on social media as well.
In the plot of the ad, two goons are seen harassing a waiter. At that point the target calmly steps forward and takes control of the situation in a spectacular fashion after taking a sip of the *Sting® Classic Kick*. Slow-motion action sequences and interesting visuals make the ad feel more effective.
Speaking about the launch, Diksha Bajaj, Head, Energy Portfolio Division, PepsiCo India, said, The Sting® brand continues to strive to offer new options to consumers through innovative flavors. The Classic Kick flavor has been developed in response to changing consumer preferences, while maintaining the high-energy identity of the brand.

Actor Lakshya also expressed his enthusiasm about the campaign. He said that the shooting experience was very special because of the action, humor and cinematic style of the ad. He also expressed his belief that the young audience will definitely like this ad. The new Sting® Classic Kick has been made available across retail stores in India as well as leading e-commerce platforms. 180 ml can is priced at Rs.30, while 300 ml PET bottle is priced at Rs.20.
