Big decision in Harpur shooting case, 10 years imprisonment to four culprits

Bettiah: ADJ-9 court today gave a big verdict on Tuesday, May 26, in the famous firing case that took place in the year 2018 in Harpur village of Majhaulia police station area of ​​West Champaran district. The court of Bettiah Civil Court convicted four accused in Majholia police station case number 506/2018 and sentenced them to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment.

The case is of 12 November 2018, when fatal firing was done on the family of Vijay Mani Shukla. Ajit Mani Shukla, Roshan Kumar Shukla and Aditya Raj were seriously injured in the incident. While sentencing under various sections including Section 307, the court also gave additional 7 years of imprisonment to two accused under the Arms Act. The victim’s family expressed satisfaction after the verdict.
