Once again there is going to be a big change in the weather of the country. On one hand, the South-West Monsoon is making rapid progress, while on the other hand, a new and powerful Western Disturbance has become fully active in North India. Due to the collision of these two weather systems, a high alert of severe thunderstorm and rain has been issued in 13 states of the country including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand within the next 12 hours.
According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), during this period, there may be torrential rains along with severe thunder in the eastern and peninsular parts of the country. The most frightening thing is that during a storm, the wind speed can reach 60 to 80 kilometers per hour. However, due to the effect of this storm and rain, there will be a huge drop in temperature in large parts of the country from May 28, due to which people are likely to get a big relief from the deadly heat wave that has been occurring for the last several days.
