Material

Betel leaves-6-8
Full fat milk-2 cups
Fresh cream-1 cup
Condensed milk-½ cup
Sugar-3–4 tbsp
Fennel- 1 tsp
Gulkand-2 tbsp
Tutti Frutti-1 tbsp
Cardamom-4-5
a little green food color
chopped dry fruits

Method

  1. First of all, remove the stem of betel leaves and wash them. Make a smooth paste by adding betel leaves, gulkand, fennel, cardamom and some milk in the mixer.
  2. Mix milk, cream, condensed milk and sugar in a large bowl. Now add betel paste to it and beat it well.
  3. If desired, add tutti-frutti and dry fruits. Fill the mixture in an airtight container and keep it in the freezer for 7-8 hours. Taking out and stirring it 1-2 times in between will make the ice cream more creamy.
  4. Sprinkle gulkand, cherries or chopped pistachios on top and serve chilled.
