Bhumi Pednekar:Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar has expressed concern over the recent horrific incidents of gang rape in the country. He raised questions on the society by sharing the post on social media. This case is from Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh, where the incident of alleged gang rape of a 9 year old girl has shaken the entire country.
Two minor boys aged 11 and 12 have been charged in this case. There is continuous anger on social media regarding the incident.
Bhumi expressed grief on social media
While sharing the news to this incident on her Instagram story, Bhumi Pednekar wrote that the news of sexual assault of a 9 year old girl by 11 and 12 year old boys is extremely horrifying. they wrote,
“What the hell is going on! How are we not concerned and ashamed of what we are doing to our children. For me, both little girls and boys are victims of a broken society.”
Bhumi also expressed concern over another incident. This case was also of rape where a grandfather made his own granddaughter a victim of lust.
Mini Mathur also reacted
TV host and actress Mini Mathur also expressed displeasure over the incident. Commenting on social media, he wrote,
“At times like these, it seems as if a meteorite will come and destroy everything.”
What is the matter?
According to media reports, the victim’s father has lodged a complaint with the police. It is alleged that on the evening of May 23, the girl was grazing goats outside the village. Meanwhile, two minor boys lured her and called her and allegedly raped her.
