Rose Sharbat Recipe: In the scorching heat and heat wave season, it is very important for the body to get coolness and adequate water. In such a situation, homemade sherbet made from rose and sugar candy is delicious as well as refreshing. Both rose and sugar candy have cooling nature which not only normalizes the body temperature but also gives you amazing energy for the whole day. Let us know the very easy recipe of making this refreshing and aromatic sherbet.

Material

fresh rose petals -1 cup (edible, without chemicals)
sugar candy -4–5 tbsp
Water-2 cups
lemon juice-1 tbsp
ice cubes
some rose petals for decoration

Method

1-Wash the rose petals thoroughly. Put water and petals in a vessel and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
2- When the water turns light pink, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool. Filter and separate the petals.
3- Add sugar candy in this water and mix it well. If you want, you can add lemon juice to bring slight sourness. Cool the sherbet in the refrigerator. While serving, put ice in the glass and decorate some rose petals on top.
