The Revenue Administration in Bhopal has taken an important action to ensure justice and protect the interests of the buyers. In fact, the District Revenue Administration has taken major action against Harshvardhan Dixit, the director and builder of RRB Regal Project, Shubh Business Zone located at Raslakhedi in the capital, and has attached and sealed many shops. This step has brought relief to those investors who were worried about losing their hard-earned money and were waiting for possession for a long time.
Actually, serious allegations have been made against builder Harshvardhan Dixit. He is accused of not giving possession on time despite taking crores of rupees from the buyers in the name of shops and commercial properties. The aggrieved party had approached the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) court in this matter. The revenue administration has taken this strict step in compliance with the order passed by the court.
These shops were confiscated
This action was completed on the orders of Naib Tehsildar and Executive Magistrate Circle-Govindpura. In the presence of police force, ground floor shop numbers 3, 4, 5, 16, 17 and first floor shop numbers 43, 44 and 45 were attached and sealed. It is clear from the documents that this action has been taken in compliance with the order passed in RERA case number NBPL-25-0118. This attachment was completed in the presence of the revenue staff, Patwari and police administration, for which the Naib Tehsildar Court had requested the Deputy Commissioner of Police Security and Intelligence, City Police Bhopal to provide police force.

Despite repeated contacts the builder only gave assurance
In fact, an aggrieved female buyer, while narrating her plight, said that she had paid the full amount for the shop and got it registered, but the builder had not given her possession for a long time. The woman alleges that despite repeated contacts, the builder kept giving only assurances. Ultimately he got relief only through the judicial process, which shows how important it is to follow the law.
Local buyers allege that in this project, crores of rupees were collected from many people in the name of shops and business units, but they were not provided construction and possession within the stipulated time period. Due to this many investors are facing financial and mental problems. This situation has been very worrying for investors.
In fact, the Revenue Administration has clarified that this action has been taken to ensure compliance with the court orders. Further legal process in the case will continue as per rules. After this action, there is hope among other investors and buyers associated with the project that appropriate action will be taken on their complaints and they will also get justice.
