Nuts and Multi Seeds Cookies

To make this you need

  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Oats (coarsely ground) – 1/2 cup
  • Multi seeds powder – 2 tbsp
  • Date syrup – 1/3 cup
  • Coconut oil – 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Chopped dry fruits (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios) – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp

Prepare Nuts and Seeds Cookies like this

Before starting the process of making this, we will keep the oven to preheat at 170 degrees Celsius. Now put baking paper on a baking tray. Now mix all the ingredients- flour, oats, cinnamon powder, baking powder, multi seeds powder, coconut oil and a pinch of salt well. If required, we will add milk in small quantities to it. Now knead a soft dough and make small balls out of it and align them on the tray by pressing them lightly. On top of this, seeds or dry fruits will be stuck on the cookies. After this, bake it in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies turn golden in color. Now let the cookies cool thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
