IPS Transfer: Transfer Express ran in the state, 9 IPS officers moved from here to there, orders issued

Once again administrative turmoil has been seen in Bihar. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s government has transferred 9 Indian Police Service officers together (Bihar IPS Transfer). The order to transfer and appointment has been issued by the Home Department on Monday, June 8. Everyone has also been instructed to assume the new charge with immediate effect.

Batch 2018 IPS officer Ajay Kumar, Commandant, BVSPU, Bihar, Patna, has been transferred and appointed to the post of Commandant, Special Security Team. Manish Kumar Singh has been posted on the post of Commander, Mounted Special Armed Police Ara, who was earlier working on the post of Commander, Special Security Team.

Deepak Ranjan has been appointed to the post of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Robbery Anti Crime, Research Department. Earlier he was working as Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bihar Police Academy, Rajgir. Batch 2006 IPS officer S Premalatha has been appointed to the post of Inspector General of Police, Prohibition and State Narcotics Control Bureau. Earlier she was working on the post of Inspector General of Police, Technical Services and Communications.

Sudhir Kumar Porika has been appointed to the post of Deputy Inspector General of Police, SCRB. Kumar Gautam, Superintendent of Police, who was awaiting posting to Bihar Police Headquarters, has been appointed as Commander, Bihar Special Armed Police Force-5.

These officers got additional charge

Pankaj Kumar Raj, Inspector General of Police Civil Defense has been transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, SCRB. Besides, he has also been given the additional charge of the post of Inspector General of Police, Railways. Sanjay Kumar, Inspector General of Police, Special Branch has been given additional charge of the post of Inspector General of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police. Sushant Kumar Saroj has been appointed to the post of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Anti-Terrorism Squad. Apart from this, he will also hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Traffic.
