Jyotiraditya Scindia Highlights Infrastructure and Cleanliness Initiatives in Rohtak

Rohtak/New Delhi. During his visit to Rohtak, Haryana, Union Minister for Communications and Development of the Northeast, Jyotiraditya Scindia, participated in various events commemorating the completion of 12 years of the central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He emphasized the importance of modern infrastructure development, cleanliness, social harmony, and environmental protection in spreading the vision of a developed India to every citizen.


Inspection of India's First Elevated Railway Track

Scindia inspected India's first elevated railway track in Rohtak. He remarked that this project represents a significant step towards building modern, safe, and future-ready railway infrastructure, enhancing connectivity and passenger amenities. Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Indian Railways is undergoing unprecedented transformation. This project sets new standards for modernity, safety, and improved connectivity, marking a crucial achievement in realizing the 'Developed India-2047' vision.


Tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Participation in Cleanliness Drive

During his visit, the Union Minister paid homage to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar by laying a wreath at his statue at Ambedkar Chowk. Following this, he took part in a cleanliness drive, aiming to spread the message of cleanliness to the public. He stated that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guidance, the 'Swachh Bharat Mission' has transformed cleanliness into a powerful movement involving public participation over the past 12 years. With a focus on a clean environment, healthy citizens, and a developed nation, India continues to progress. He urged citizens to adopt cleanliness as a habit and a responsibility towards the nation.


Tree Plantation Under 'One Tree for Mother' Campaign

On the occasion of the completion of 12 years of the Modi government, Jyotiraditya Scindia also participated in a tree plantation drive under the 'One Tree for Mother' campaign in Rohtak. He highlighted that planting trees is the simplest and most effective way to keep our planet healthy, green, and safe for future generations. This initiative is not just an effort for environmental protection but also an emotional movement honoring maternal strength. He called upon all citizens to join this campaign, emphasizing that everyone should plant a tree in honor of their mothers and take responsibility for its care.
