The air strikes carried out by the Pakistani Army inside the border of Afghanistan have created an uproar in the entire region. There is news of heavy casualties in this military action which took place late on Tuesday night, in which innocent children and civilians have been targeted.

Indiscriminate bombing of residential areas

According to the information received, Pakistani fighter planes violated the sovereignty of Afghanistan and targeted three major border provinces of Kunar, Khost and Paktika. These attacks were carried out in residential areas where civilians live rather than on strategic military bases.

According to local officials, the bombs rained from the sky turned many houses into piles of debris, leaving sleeping people without even a chance to save their lives.

Painful death of 11 innocent children

According to official figures, a total of 13 people died in this air strike, out of which 11 were small children. Apart from this, women and elderly people are also included in the dead. He called it a flagrant violation of Afghanistan’s sovereignty and an act of flouting international rules. Mujahid clarified that the Pakistani Army has deliberately bombed the houses of civilians, which is not acceptable in any way.

International community expressed concern

There is often a round of accusations and counter-accusations between Pakistan and Afghanistan regarding cross-border firing and terrorist activities, but direct air strikes can lead to a fierce war between the two countries.

The international community has also expressed concern after this attack, because the death of children in residential areas comes under the category of war crimes. For now, the government of Afghanistan has warned that such actions could have serious consequences and they are free to take all possible steps to protect themselves.
