  • 1 boiled potato

  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp bread crumbs

First of all, mash the remaining khichdi and boiled potatoes well in a big vessel. Now add onion, green chilli, coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. Add bread crumbs to bind the mixture and mix well.

After this, prepare small round balls and cover them with light bread crumbs. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these balls on low flame until they become golden and crisp.
