The CM Trophy 2.0 wrapped up on Wednesday, marking a pivotal achievement in Odisha's mission to enhance grassroots sports and discover emerging athletic talent throughout the state. This year's tournament included competitions in four sports: Football, Kho Kho, Kabaddi, and Volleyball, catering to both boys and girls across various age groups.

With over 30,000 young athletes participating, CM Trophy 2.0 stands as the largest grassroots sports initiative in Odisha. This event underscores the Odisha government's dedication to fostering opportunities for youth in sports, encouraging participation at the grassroots level, and establishing a systematic approach for identifying and nurturing talent.

Talented individuals identified during the event will be considered for advanced training opportunities, thereby enhancing the state's future sports pipeline.
