Stay tuned for all the latest updates, rumours, and transfer stories as the summer window heats up.
With the World Cup now underway, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United are actively pursuing their targets. While some deals might face delays due to international commitments, a few national teams are reportedly open to facilitating transfers under specific conditions. Arsenal, who are expected to strengthen their attack this summer, are in advanced talks for young prospect Jeremy Monga. The club also maintains interest in Morgan Rogers, Eli Junior Kroupi, Nico Williams, and Julian Alvarez.
Manchester United, meanwhile, have opted not to engage in a bidding battle for Elliot Anderson after Nottingham Forest demanded a fixed fee of £125 million, rejecting a prior offer from Manchester City. Instead, United are focusing their attention on Alex Scott, Mateus Fernandes, and Ederson. Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign Dusan Vlahovic on a free transfer and are reportedly considering a loan move for Marcus Rashford.
Elsewhere, Tottenham Hotspur have finalised a deal for Marcos Senesi following the signing of Andy Robertson and continue to pursue Savinho and Jan Paul van Hecke. Liverpool, on the other hand, have reached an agreement to re-sign defender Jarell Quansah. Follow the live updates for all the latest transfer developments below.
Trabzonspor president Ertugrul Dogan has confirmed that Andre Onana is expected to join the club permanently from Manchester United. Speaking to Ajansspor, Dogan said: “I believe Andre Onana will stay with us, we’ve met his financial requirements. The fans like him, he’s a good man, and I don’t expect any issues. I don’t think he’ll get the same level of interest elsewhere, so I see him continuing with us.”
Chelsea have not dismissed the possibility of moving for Marcus Rashford. The England forward’s future remains uncertain after Barcelona decided against making his loan from Manchester United permanent. Reports indicate that Chelsea would only consider a loan deal for Rashford, though they plan to prioritise other attacking targets before taking a final call.
Arsenal have been assured that the 2026 World Cup will not significantly affect their pursuit of Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers. The attacking midfielder has been named in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for the tournament in North America and is expected to play a key role. Should England reach the final or the third-place play-off, Rogers’ international duties will continue until at least July 18. However, Arsenal will not have to wait that long to strike a deal, as Tuchel has stated that England players will be permitted to leave camp for transfer-related discussions. The 23-year-old is valued at around £100 million.
According to Corriere della Sera, Arsenal have also initiated talks with Roma over midfielder Manu Kone as Mikel Arteta looks to add depth to his squad ahead of the new campaign. While the Gunners have been linked with Elliot Anderson, Sandro Tonali, and Bruno Guimaraes—each valued near the £100 million range—Kone is reportedly priced between £40 million and £50 million, potentially making him a more affordable option.
Mateus Fernandes has reportedly chosen his next destination amid interest from Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, and Arsenal. As per CaughtOffside, the midfielder is seeking a project that guarantees him regular starts and an environment focused on the development of young, ambitious players. Manchester United are strongly linked with Fernandes and have initiated talks, but West Ham’s £80 million valuation is said to be higher than United’s current assessment.
Reports suggest that Axel Disasi is set to leave Chelsea this summer after all parties agreed that a permanent departure is the best solution. The defender joined from Monaco in 2023 for £38.5 million and spent the latter half of last season on loan at West Ham, but could not prevent their relegation.
Sources indicate that Morgan Rogers would prefer a move to Arsenal over Manchester United if he departs Aston Villa this summer. Journalist Steve Kay reports that Rogers’ representatives have already held discussions with Arsenal and Bayern Munich. While Manchester United have also shown interest, no progress has been made and none is expected. Aston Villa value Rogers at £100 million, mirroring the fee Manchester City paid for Jack Grealish five years ago, though Arsenal are unlikely to match that figure.
England defender Jarell Quansah could be on his way back to Liverpool in a £55 million transfer. The 23-year-old has reportedly agreed personal terms with his boyhood club, where he made 58 appearances before moving to Bayer Leverkusen last summer for €35 million. With Ibrahima Konate’s departure, Liverpool are eager to reinforce their defence despite the signings of Jeremy Jacquet, 20, and the expected return of 19-year-old Giovanni Leoni from injury.
Bernardo Silva is set to join Real Madrid on a free transfer. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Portugal international has an agreement in place for a two-year contract with an option for an additional 12 months.
At Manchester United, Tyrell Malacia is leaving this summer, and with Patrick Dorgu expected to play in a more advanced role under Michael Carrick, Luke Shaw remains the only senior left-back available ahead of the new season. While Lewis Hall is being monitored, Fulham’s Antonee Robinson has emerged as a potential alternative, as per Sky Sports.
