Itamar Ben Gvir said – Israel is not subordinate to America

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir has taken a tough stance regarding the US-Iran peace deal. He said that this agreement does not guarantee Israel's security and Israel is not even a part of its conditions. Ben Gvir said, "Israel is not a slave of America. We are a free and sovereign nation. This agreement is not binding on us." He also said that the army should not retreat from the areas in southern Lebanon over which the Israeli army has established control.

Trump criticized Israeli attack on Lebanon

US President Donald Trump has criticized the Israeli attack on Lebanon's capital Beirut. Trump says that this attack was carried out at a time when a possible peace agreement between America and Iran had reached the final stages. He said that due to Israeli military action on Lebanon, the formal signing of the peace deal with Iran had to be postponed for a few hours.

Iran's three main conditions before the agreement

The complete document of the proposed agreement between America and Iran has not been made public yet. However, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has given important information regarding the agreement. He said the 60-day US-Iran talks that will begin after the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will depend on whether the US first fulfills its three key promises.

According to reports, Iran has put three conditions before America. In these..

  • The naval blockade on Iran should be ended.
  • War and all types of military actions should be stopped.
  • Iran's frozen funds should be released.

Iran says that without fulfilling these conditions, it will be difficult to proceed with further negotiations and agreement.

Israel will maintain army in Lebanon, Syria and Gaza

Defense Minister Israel Katz has said that the policy of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government is completely clear. Israeli forces will remain in security zones created in Lebanon, Syria and Gaza to ensure the safety of civilians living on the border. According to Katz, the purpose of the army's presence in these areas is to protect Israel's borders from jihadist and terrorist organizations.

Preparation to destroy terrorist structures in security areas

The Israeli Defense Minister said that local residents would be evacuated from security areas and all terrorist structures above and below ground would be destroyed. He also said that houses located in villages along the border, which were allegedly used as terrorist hideouts, would be demolished.

Netanyahu also told the Trump administration his stance

Israel Katz said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has also informed US President Donald Trump about this policy of Israel. He said that he had also talked to US Defense Minister Pete Hegseth on this subject. Israel has made it clear that it will maintain military presence in security areas, giving priority to its security.
