Bihar: Demand for CBI investigation into Patna coaching controversy, Tejashwi Yadav wrote a letter to CM Samrat Chaudhary

The famous coaching institute controversy in Patna, the capital of Bihar, is still hot. The opposition is continuously raising questions on the state government and law and order. Meanwhile, former Deputy Chief Minister and Assembly Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has written a letter to Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary in the matter. In which he has demanded to hand over the coaching dispute case to CBI.

Tejashwi Yadav said that it is known to everyone that recently after a dispute between two coaching institutes present in the capital of Bihar, there was an alleged incident of fighting, vandalism and firing, in which both the parties had accused each other. This matter has become even more serious after the news of suspicious death of Prince Yadav, brother of coaching operator Roshan Anand, in Nepal. In this case, serious questions are being raised on the functioning and impartiality of the government and the state police.

A letter has been written to the Chief Minister requesting that keeping in mind the public sentiments, the case should be handed over to the CBI, so that a fair, effective and in-depth investigation can be conducted and on completion of the investigation, appropriate legal action can be ensured against the guilty accused.

What is Patna coaching controversy?

Recently, an incident of firing came to light during a dispute between Khan Global Academy and Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute of Patna. The video of the incident also went viral on social media, after which a case was registered at Kadamkuan police station and the police started investigating the matter. During the investigation, the role of two security guards associated with the coaching institute also came to light, who were arrested and sent to judicial custody.

According to the information, the guards claimed during interrogation that they had opened fire on the instructions of Khan sir. However, the veracity of this claim is being investigated under police and court process. In this case, the court had summoned the case diary and documents to the investigation. After the hearing the court gave its verdict. At the same time, Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, has got bail from the court. He was lodged in Beur jail in this case and has now been released on bail.
