In this trick, the remaining rotis are cut into small pieces and cooked in boiling milk. After cooking in milk, the roti becomes completely soft and absorbs its taste. After this, a sweet mixture is prepared by adding jaggery, cardamom and coconut, which makes a delicious dish like peda.

- Leftover Chapati – 4
- Milk – 3 cups
- Cardamom – 4 to 5
- Jaggery – half cup
- Coconut – half cup
- Saffron – for taste and color
easy method to make
First of all, boil milk in a deep pan. When the milk starts boiling, reduce the flame of the gas. Now add small pieces of roti in it and keep stirring so that the mixture becomes smooth.
When the roti absorbs the milk completely and the mixture becomes soft, add jaggery to it and cook well. After this add cardamom and coconut. When the mixture starts becoming thick and aromatic, turn off the gas.
How to make Peda
Let the mixture cool slightly and then shape it into small balls. If desired, it can be decorated by applying coconut shavings on top. This dessert tastes delicious both hot and cold.
