What is the exact date of Pradyumna Chaturthi?

According to the Hindu calendar, Chaturthi Tithi will start at 9.38 pm on June 17. After this, this date will end on June 18 at 6:58 pm. In Hindu religion, fasts and festivals are celebrated according to Udaya Tithi. On this basis, Udaya Tithi of Pradyumna Chaturthi is falling on 18th June, hence fast should be observed on 18th June only.

Auspicious time on Pradyumna Chaturthi

The auspicious Brahma Muhurta on Pradyumna Chaturthi will start from 4:03 am, which will last till 4:43 am. The auspicious time for morning puja will be from 10:58 am to 1:46 am. Apart from this, Vijay Muhurta of this day will be from 11:54 pm to 12:50 pm.

 

How to worship?

 

Devotees should take bath in the morning on the day of Pradyumna Chaturthi. After this wear clean clothes. Then spread a yellow cloth and install the idol of Lord Ganesha in the temple of your home. After this, garland Lord Ganesha with flowers and offer flowers. Then apply sandalwood tilak. The most important thing is to offer Durva grass to Lord Ganesha during the worship of Pradyumna Chaturthi.

 

Make sure to offer Modak or Laddus during the worship of Pradyumna Chaturthi as it is considered to be the favorite sweet of Lord Ganesha. Recite Ganesh Chalisa after the puja. After this, chant the mantra ‘Om Gan Ganpataye Namah’ with full devotion.
