Candidates must fulfill the following mandatory eligibility criteria to join this Technical Wing Recruitment of NHSRCL: Educational Qualification: Applicants must have 3 year Engineering Diploma or BE/B.Tech degree in relevant stream (like Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics etc.) from any reputed institute or university recognized by the Government of India or AICTE. Additionally, as per the requirement of the post, candidates must have the prescribed work experience in the relevant field and essential technical skills. Age Limit: The maximum age limit of the applicants for this recruitment has been fixed at 45 years. Age will be calculated considering 31st May 2026 as the base. As per the personnel rules of the Central Government, candidates coming from reserved categories (OBC, SC, ST and Divyangjan) will be provided special relaxation in the maximum age limit as per rules. Three-tier Selection Process: The final selection of candidates will be based purely on merit and medical fitness in three stages: Computer Based Test (CBT): All valid applicants will first have to appear in an online Computer Based Test (CBT). Note that the examination for all the posts may be conducted on the same day and in the same shift, hence candidates should apply for only one specific post; Applications for more than one post may be rejected. Document Verification: Candidates who will be shortlisted in the merit list of CBT exam will be called for verification of original certificates. In this phase, physical verification of educational marksheet, experience certificate, caste certificate and valid identity card will be done. Medical Examination: After passing the document verification, candidates will have to undergo a detailed medical test. For selection, it will be mandatory to pass the stringent medical standards set by Indian Railways for Junior Engineers and Operations Staff. Attractive Salary and Allowances (Salary Structure) Candidates who are finally selected for the posts of Junior Engineer in the Bullet Train Project will be given a very attractive and powerful salary package. The basic pay scale has been fixed between ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 1,25,000 per month depending on the post. Apart from this, along with the basic salary, the employees will also be provided Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), leased residence facility, medical cover and other specific allowances and benefits as per the policies of NHSRCL.
