On the occasion of International Yoga Day at Ramghat in Ujjain, Maa Shipra swimming team attracted everyone’s attention by doing water yoga in Shipra river. Small children created yoga asanas and shapes by balancing in water. Despite the rain, his enthusiasm did not diminish. This special demonstration showcased the unique combination of yoga and swimming, which was witnessed by a large number of people.
In this program organized at Ramghat, little swimmers presented a unique form of yoga by balancing on the waves of Shipra river. Along with doing yoga in water, children also made yoga pyramids and group formations. Apart from this, Anulom-Vilom and breathing exercises were also done in water. Maa Shipra swimming team has been doing such experiments for the last several years. The aim of the organization is to promote swimming as well as yoga and discipline among children.
