Vivo is teasing the global launch of the Y500 4Ga new variant of the Y500 series that was previously launched in China with an 8,200mAh battery. The upcoming 4G model is expected to debut with a slightly reduced 8,100mAh battery while maintaining the series’ signature ultra-long endurance and durability features.

Based on the Chinese Y500 model, the Y500 4G is expected to retain several flagship features:

• Display: 6.77-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate3,840Hz PWM dimming, and SGS Blue Light certification

• Battery: 8,100mAh ultra-thin Blue Ocean battery with 90W fast charging support

• Chipset: Likely powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 (similar to Chinese variant)

• Camera: 50MP primary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, paired with a 2MP depth sensor, and 8MP front selfie camera

• Durability: Expected to carry IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance ratings

• Storage: Up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage

• Operating System: Android 15-based OS
