Women often wear synthetic clothes or tight undergarments. Such clothes increase both moisture and heat of the body. Therefore, change underwear once a day and wear cotton underwear.

• Not taking care of cleanliness during periods

Many women ignore their intimate health during periods, for example, not changing pads and neglecting cleanliness can prove costly. Due to which the growth of bacteria increases and the risk of infection increases. Therefore, women should keep changing pads, tampons or menstrual cups frequently every few hours during periods.
