A diverse group, including students, school staff, cantonment board employees, and local community members, took part in a unified yoga session. In his address, CEO Ashiq Hussain underscored that yoga transcends mere physical exercise; it embodies a holistic approach to living. He pointed out that yoga serves as an effective remedy for stress and various lifestyle-related health issues prevalent in today’s hectic environment. He also acknowledged the global recognition of yoga, attributing this achievement to the initiatives of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which he deemed a source of national pride. Hussain encouraged students to commit to practicing yoga for at least 15 minutes each day.
The event concluded with all participants taking a collective pledge to incorporate yoga into their daily routines, contributing to a healthier nation.
