Sun-drenched Sicily with a timeless piece of Chanel, this romantic wedding getaway is what every girl dreams of, and Dua Lipa is currently living it out. Her dreamy wedding in Sicily has all the ingredients of a modern fairytale, where the global pop star stepped out in an ethereal piece that made every corner look absolutely gorgeous.

For her Italian wedding spree, she chose to slay in a spectacular Chanel haute couture creation by Matthieu Blazy, who mastered the art of timeless romance with bold modern details. The newlywed couple was seen amidst vintage architectural buildings and looked extraordinarily stunning as a team.


Dua Lipa’s mermaid-style Chanel Haute Couture gown featured exquisite lace, decorated with feather embellishments and sparkling crystal accents. The sculpted texture of her gown flowed into a voluminous feathered train that spilt elegantly across the stone steps and gravel pathways.

But what amplified the whole look was her show-stopping low back, which came with crystal chains and intricate jewellery beading that screamed glam. She paired the gown with a long and flowing embroidered veil edged with lace and a feathered headpiece. This created an ethereal effect as the fabric caught the swift Mediterranean breeze.

Dua’s gown was crafted at the ateliers located at 31 Rue Cambon and featured the stunning embellishments designed by the Maisons d’art ateliers Montex, Lesage, and Lemarié, which added great intricacy to the look. Completing the bridal charm with a pair of customised white satin pumps from Massaro, she indeed nailed every bit of this look.


Leaving her hair down in a half-do from the back and a sleek finish from the front, Dua opted for a clean-girl makeup aesthetic and covered the back of her locks with her stunning veil. With fine diamond studs, she said no to heavy jewellery aesthetics and went in with a minimalist vibe, where her ensemble spoke more than anything else.

Accompanied by Callum Turner in a classic black-and-white tuxedo, the duo looked like sparkling fresh waves of admiration and absolute radiance.
