Mumbai Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu shared a glimpse of her high-intensity workout on social media and told how she felt after the grueling one-hour exercise session.

Taapsee Pannu posted a post-workout picture on her Instagram story, in which the glow of hard work along with fatigue was visible on her face. Along with the picture, he wrote in the caption, “This is how I feel after doing 275 burpees, 200 sit-ups, 150 push-ups and 150 air squats in 60 minutes.
Even before this, Taapsee has been sharing her workout updates with fans. On June 3, he posted a picture of himself, in which injury marks were visible on his back. Along with this he wrote that the lesson of this story is that do not do back and core exercises together on rough ground.
Talking about the work front, 38-year-old Taapsee started her acting career in 2010 with the Telugu film Jhummandi Naadam. He made his debut in Hindi cinema in 2013 with director David Dhawan’s film Chashme Baddoor.
Taapsee was recently seen in director Anubhav Sinha’s film ‘Assi’. It is a powerful courtroom drama based on sexual assault cases. In the film, an investigator and a defense team try to uncover the shocking truth and human pain behind the statistics.
Now Taapsee will soon be seen in Netflix’s film ‘Gandhari’. The story of the film revolves around a mother who faces every challenge to complete her mission. In this film full of mystery and powerful action, Taapsee will be seen in the role of a strong and militant mother. Along with him, actor Ishwak Singh will also play an important role in the film.
