- 3 medium sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon red chillies
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 capsicum (diced)
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Finely chopped onion

Peel the potatoes and cut them into long vertical pieces. Cook these slices in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Then drain the water and let the potatoes cool completely. Add cornflour, flour, red chillies and salt to the potatoes and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger. Then add onion and capsicum and cook lightly. Now add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar and stir the mixture. Add the fried potatoes to the prepared sauce and toss well. Garnish with sesame seeds and onion leaves on top. Serve hot with crispy chili potato sauce or mayonnaise. You can add some chili flakes and roasted sesame seeds on it to make it tastier.
