good quality seeds
To plant cherry tomatoes, you will need a special type of seed. You can easily purchase cherry tomato seeds from any nursery or garden store. First sow the seeds in a seedling tray or small pot. When the plant grows a little, you can repot it in a larger pot. Choose a pot about 12 to 15 inches deep and plant the cherry tomatoes. In this you will have to use 50% garden soil, 30% compost and 20% sand. Make sure to make drainage holes in the pot beforehand so that the cherry tomato plant does not rot.

Cherry tomatoes require 6–8 hours of direct sunlight. The better the sunlight the Cherry Tomato plant gets, the faster the fruits will grow. Cherry Tomato can be easily planted from summer to winter season.
