On Saturday, Nitish Kumar, the national president of the Janata Dal (United) and former Chief Minister, visited the Bapu Tower located in Gardanibagh, Patna. During his visit, he conducted a thorough inspection of the entire complex and explored exhibitions showcasing the early life of Mahatma Gandhi and his contributions to the freedom struggle through modern technology.
His arrival sparked excitement among school children, local visitors, and tourists gathered at Bapu Tower. While touring the premises, Kumar interacted with the students and youth present, greeting them warmly.
Additionally, he engaged in discussions with the officials and staff managing Bapu Tower, emphasizing the need for improved and organized facilities for visitors and tourists. Lalan Kumar Sarraf, the deputy leader of the ruling party in the Bihar Legislative Council, was also present during this event.
