Pham Minh Anh, 19, center, said the heat wave had affected both her health and mood, even causing her to lose her appetite. To avoid the scorching sun, the university student mainly travels by taxi. Whenever she has to walk, she carries an umbrella and other protective gear, applies sunscreen twice a day and drinks plenty of water.
