It is told in Garuda Purana that a person not only gets the results of his deeds in this life, but even after death, he goes to heaven or hell on the basis of those deeds. 1. Not being able to see your nose-When a person cannot see the tip of his nose, it is considered the first sign that the person may die soon.

2. The lines on the hand should be light-According to Garuda Purana, when the lines on both the hands of a person start becoming lighter, it is believed that he may die after about 6 months.

3. Not feeling the smell-Ghee lamp is lit during the puja. If a person does not feel the aroma that comes after the lamp is extinguished, then according to Garuda Purana, it is also considered a sign that his soul may soon leave the body.

4. Not seeing the shadow-When a person cannot see his shadow, it is also considered a sign of near death.

5. Remembering special moments of life-According to Garuda Purana, just before death a person starts remembering some special moments of his life. These include both his good and bad deeds.

6. Ancestors appearing-If a person starts seeing his ancestors, relatives or an old deceased friend repeatedly in his dreams, then this is also considered a sign of death.

7. Negative Energy –Before death, a person starts feeling scared at night. Additionally, he feels negative energy, strange restlessness and feels as if someone has come to get him.
