Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made the strongest attack so far on Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav. The Chief Minister said in clear words that those who are talking big about making Ayodhya a religious city today, should first look at their old history. The Samajwadi Party government, which mercilessly opened fire on Ram devotees, opposed the Ram Janmabhoomi movement at every level, banned the grand functions of Krishna Janmashtami in police stations and jails and even banned the Kanwar Yatra of Shiv devotees, is suddenly today trying to make Ayodhya a religious city.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath grandly inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 143 development projects costing more than Rs 548 crore for Hathras, Sikandrarau and Sadabad assembly constituencies. During this, he also handed over keys of their new houses, smart phones and financial checks under the Young Entrepreneur Scheme to many beneficiaries. In the program, CM Yogi closely inspected the exhibitions organized by various government departments. During this time, a very emotional moment was also seen, when the Chief Minister himself spoon-fed milk to a little girl standing near a stall and took her in his lap and caressed her a lot.

‘SP government had opened fire on Ram devotees’

Addressing the public meeting, CM Yogi said that he was very surprised to read the recent statement of Akhilesh Yadav, in which the SP chief had said that if his government is formed, he will develop Ayodhya as a religious city. Taking a jibe at this, Yogi said, “Hey, what religious city will you build? First, just look at your history. Your own Samajwadi Party government had opened fire on unarmed Ram devotees.”

He further said that today under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Ayodhya is seen bringing alive the grand memories of Treta era. Due to the hard work and efforts of Ram devotees across the country and the world, today Ayodhya has become the center of attraction for devotees from all over the world. In such a situation, when everything has changed, now even the Samajwadi Party has suddenly started remembering Ayodhya.

‘There is a need for centers of faith, not boundary walls of cemeteries’

Accusing the SP of appeasement, the Chief Minister said that the Samajwadi Party government had completely stopped even the traditional Shri Krishna Janmashtami programs held in police stations and jails. Even the sacred Kanwar Yatra of Hindus was imposed with strict restrictions. Giving the example of Hathras, he said that today in our government, more than 22 historical temples of Hathras have been beautified, but this noble work was never possible in the socialist government.

Making a scathing attack, he said that at that time, the public’s hard-earned money was wasted like water only in building the boundary walls of cemeteries. Our government has now diverted the same money towards the development of temples. Today, the state needs not cemeteries but temples the most because temples are the real centers of our unwavering faith and glorious culture.

‘Akhilesh Yadav should stop worrying about Ayodhya and visit Ramlala, maybe sanity will come’

Giving direct advice to Akhilesh Yadav, the Chief Minister said that he should now stop worrying about Ayodhya completely, because today Ayodhya is no longer dependent on any political party or leader for its global identity. Yogi said, “Akhilesh ji, Ayodhya has been decorated and maintained with full devotion by the true Ram devotees of the country. Don’t worry about it. It would be better if you go to Ramlala’s court silently and have darshan once to repent for your old deeds, maybe this will give you some sanity.”

Challenging the SP, he said that if the Samajwadi Party really wants to respect religious faith even a little, then it should now openly raise its voice in favor of Mathura-Vrindavan and Shri Krishna’s birthplace. The Chief Minister demanded that just as there was a historic movement for the liberation of Ram Janmabhoomi in the country, in the same way the Samajwadi Party should now openly say in front of everyone about running a campaign for the complete liberation of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi.

Politics of appeasement and the proverb ‘Khisiani Catti Khambha Noche’

Yogi Adityanath said that our government is working on a war footing to provide all modern and basic facilities to the devotees from India and abroad coming to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. But Samajwadi Party does not have the courage to speak on this issue, because their entire political agenda is limited only to the narrow politics of appeasement.

Taking a direct aim at Akhilesh Yadav, he said, “Akhilesh ji, you do not have the courage to speak the truth. You do not have any other agenda except kneeling before the Mullahs and Maulvis. You do not have any vision for the overall development of Uttar Pradesh, the rejuvenation of Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi and strengthening their mythological identity. Stop throwing dust in the eyes of the public immediately and ‘Khisiani Catti Khambha’ Don’t prove the saying ‘Noche’ true, the divine identity of Ayodhya has been established in the whole world and there is no need of any political party’s certificate to make it shine.

Congress strangulated the Constitution of the country by imposing emergency.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also took on the new alliance of Congress and Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh. He said that during the recent Lok Sabha elections, both these parties were roaming around the country beating the false drum of saving the Constitution, whereas the bitter truth is that the biggest and cruelest murder of the Constitution in the country was done by the Congress itself by forcibly imposing emergency on the country on June 25, 1975. The Congress Party had brutally strangled the sacred Constitution made by Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. During that dark period, all the major opposition leaders of the country who raised their voice to protect democracy were put behind bars overnight.

Many prominent leaders like Jayaprakash Narayan, Raj Narayan, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Lal Krishna Advani, Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Kalyan Singh were imprisoned by the then Congress government, so that they could not go among the public and oppose the dictatorial attitude of the Congress. During that period, more than one lakh innocent people were arrested across the country. Even Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav was heavily insulted by Congress and he too had to go to jail.

SP is insulting the legacy of Mulayam Singh Yadav

Yogi Adityanath expressed grief and said that today the same Samajwadi Party has sat in the lap of Congress for its own benefit and by standing with the same Congress, it is openly insulting the political legacy of Netaji Mulayam Singh Yadav. Congress always worked to break the beautiful dreams of Baba Saheb Ambedkar and today Samajwadi Party is joining hands with the same Congress and becoming an equal partner in its old sins.

Congress and Samajwadi Party always did things which were completely against the interests of this society and nation. He appealed to the public to always be cautious of such opportunistic parties. The all-round development of Uttar Pradesh, preservation of our rich cultural heritage and true respect for the sacred centers of faith has been possible only under the double engine BJP government.

Before 2017, riots, disturbances and curfew were the real identity of Uttar Pradesh.

Talking about the security system, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that development is possible only on that land where a strong environment of security and law and order exists. All the three assembly constituencies of Hathras have today received a big gift of development projects worth about Rs 548 crore, for which they congratulate all the area residents.

Refreshing old memories, he said that only in a better environment of security, the hopes and aspirations of the people for development are fulfilled. A bright future of development and youth cannot be imagined in a state where there are continuous riots, unrest and curfew is imposed repeatedly for months. He said that before the year 2017, this was the bad situation of Uttar Pradesh. There was no such district left in the state, where major riots did not take place during the rule of Samajwadi Party. Be it the horrific violent incident of Jawahar Bagh in Mathura, the Kosikalan riots, or the horrific riots in Meerut, Aligarh and Muzaffarnagar – all these had become the identity of old Uttar Pradesh. Every second-third month, curfew was imposed in cities, business came to a complete halt, youth had to lose their jobs and employment and the image of Uttar Pradesh was very bad in the entire country.

Till now 12 thousand Muharram processions have taken place in UP, but not even a single straw has moved anywhere.

Praising the law and order system of his government, CM Yogi said that the entire picture of Uttar Pradesh has changed in the last 9 years. Now in the new Uttar Pradesh, there are neither riots nor curfew imposed anywhere nor any kind of hooliganism or anarchy is tolerated. Giving a recent example, he said that during Moharram, about 12 thousand religious processions were taken out peacefully across the state, but no small riot, disturbance or curfew-like situation arose anywhere in the state.

Attacking the old system, he said that earlier during Moharram, there used to be dangerous sword fighting on the streets, in the name of taking out Tajiya, the huts and balconies of the houses of the poor were forcibly removed and even the high tension electric lines had to be closed. But our government made a new and strict system that the height of Tajiya should be completely limited, so that no poor person suffers any financial loss and no major accident happens on the roads. Today the entire Uttar Pradesh has seen its very positive results with its own eyes. When the law and order situation in the state is completely strong, only then the wheel of development moves forward rapidly.

Potato farmers of Hathras will get big relief, they are getting the benefits of the schemes without discrimination.

Referring to the development exhibitions of various departments organized at the venue, the Chief Minister said that the work of giving a new national identity to every backward area of the state is being done rapidly. Now Hathras district will not be left behind anyone in the race of development. The industrial area here is developing very fast. Due to Hathras being directly connected to the Mathura-Bareilly four lane highway, investment in the area is increasing significantly and new industries are being established, which will create great employment opportunities for the local unemployed youth.

CM Yogi made a big announcement for the farmers of the area and said that the potato producing farmers of Hathras are going to get a big relief very soon. Very soon, big Potato Processing Centers will be established here, due to which the local farmers will not have to depend on cold storage for storage and their farming cost will also reduce significantly. With this, farmers will be able to get the best price for their crops in the market.

Working in the same modern direction, a big processing center has also been established in Kosi, Mathura, while Cabinet approval has been given for the establishment of International Potato Center in Agra and International Rice Research Institute in Varanasi. With this, high quality improved seeds will be easily available to the farmers of the region and a huge increase in agricultural production will be recorded.

In the end, the Chief Minister gave strict instructions and ultimatum to the officials and said that cases should be registered immediately against those doing illegal mining in the state, and the work of Jewar Airport and Noida Metro should be completed by October under any circumstances. Under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this double engine government of Uttar Pradesh is working for the welfare of every last section of the society without any discrimination. The benefits of all our schemes are being given to the public not on the basis of caste, religion, language or region, but only on the basis of their eligibility. Today, every poor person of the state is getting the benefit of free ration, pucca house under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, clean toilet in every house and free gas connection under Ujjwala Yojana. Not only this, our government is also gifting free LPG gas cylinders to the poor families of Uttar Pradesh on the holy festivals of Holi and Diwali.
