IIT Kanpur: The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur has published the list of candidates eligible for the Bachelor of Cybersecurity (B. Cyber) entrance examination for the year 2026. Interested candidates can verify their application status by visiting the official website of IIT Kanpur.
The institute has shortlisted a total of 120 candidates for this examination. Selected candidates will receive a confirmation email by June 29, 2026. Those who do not receive this email are encouraged to reach out to office_is@iitk.ac.in for assistance.
**Entrance Exam Scheduled for July 5**
As part of the B. Cyber admission process, the entrance exam is set to take place on July 5, 2026, at the IIT Kanpur campus. Results are expected to be announced on July 8, 2026. Candidates who pass the exam must report to the institute on July 21, 2026, to finalize their admission procedures.
Candidates should arrive at the examination venue by 9:00 AM. The entry will close at 9:45 AM, and latecomers will not be permitted to enter. The login process and instructions will be completed by 10:00 AM, with the examination running from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
**Required Documents for Candidates**
It is essential for candidates to bring specific documents to the entrance exam and the subsequent admission process. Required items include the admit card, a copy of the application form, a valid photo ID (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter ID), passport-sized photographs, and academic certificates.
Additionally, selected candidates should have their Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, category certificates (if applicable), and any other documents requested by the institute readily available.
