First habit- The first habit that spoils our teeth is consuming sweet and acidic beverages. Drinking energy drinks, soda, fruit juices can weaken the enamel present in the teeth.

Second habit- Brushing vigorously. Many people brush too hard, which wears off the upper layer of the teeth. Due to this, irritation can occur in the gums.

Third habit- The habit of eating something or the other throughout the day is also not good. This creates dangerous bacteria in the mouth which produce acid. This spoils the health of teeth.

Fourth habit- Chewing or eating unedible things is dangerous for health. The habit of nail biting or pencil chewing is often seen in children. This is a bad habit which also affects your oral health.

Fifth habit- Drinking less water- When you drink less water and consume more caffeine, smoking and some medicines, it increases the risk of tooth decay, bad breath and gum problems. Therefore, drink sufficient amount of water.
