Selection Process for PET
How was the selection for PET made?
Candidates were chosen for the PET (Physical Efficiency Test) based on their performance in the CBT (Computer Based Test) for Level-1 posts. The selection list is organized by roll number rather than merit. Approximately three times the number of vacancies have been selected for the PET. Candidates from PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities), Ex-Servicemen (ExSM), and CCAA categories are exempt from the PET; a separate list for these candidates will be published by the RRC.
What is the next step after the PET?
A region-specific list of selected candidates has been released, showing their names and roll numbers. Candidates can verify their cut-off marks and results on the official website for their respective regions. The next stages of the selection process include the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), document verification, and a medical examination.
