Tottenham Hotspur’s summer transfer activity shows no sign of slowing down, with manager Roberto De Zerbi identifying Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi as a top attacking target following the youngster’s remarkable debut season in the Premier League.

According to reports, Spurs are keen to secure the signature of Kroupi, who enjoyed an outstanding first campaign on the south coast. The 20-year-old forward netted 13 goals in 33 league appearances, setting a new Premier League record for the highest number of goals scored by a teenager in his debut season. Tottenham view him as the ideal candidate to strengthen the left side of their attack, though negotiations are expected to be challenging.

Bournemouth are reportedly unwilling to part ways with their prized France Under-21 international without a significant offer. The Cherries have placed a valuation of at least £80 million on Kroupi, making any potential deal a costly one for Spurs.

Adding to the complexity of the deal, Tottenham face stiff competition from both domestic and European rivals. Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are also monitoring Kroupi closely, raising the possibility of a bidding battle. The forward remains under contract at Bournemouth’s Vitality Stadium until 2030, giving his current club a strong negotiating position. Despite the competition, Spurs remain optimistic that De Zerbi’s ambitious project and long-term vision will convince Kroupi to join the North London side.

While Kroupi is Tottenham’s primary target for the wide attacking roles, he is not the only name on their radar. AC Milan’s Rafael Leao and Manchester City’s Savinho are also being considered. Additionally, Spurs are exploring the option of bringing in another central striker to compete with Richarlison and Dominic Solanke.

De Zerbi’s recruitment drive extends beyond the front line. Tottenham have been linked with Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford and have already secured the services of Martin Dubravka, Marco Senesi, Andy Robertson, Jan Paul van Hecke, and Mateus Fernandes during this transfer window. The club has also finalised a deal worth up to £100 million for midfielder Sandro Tonali.

If Tottenham succeed in signing Kroupi along with their other top targets, their total spending this summer could reach an extraordinary £350 million. Such an outlay would make it one of the most expensive transfer windows in Premier League history. With the window still open, Tottenham are expected to continue pushing for further reinforcements, although sealing Kroupi’s transfer may ultimately hinge on Bournemouth’s valuation and the level of competition from rival clubs.
