Dia Mirza has long championed mindful and sustainable fashion, and her latest appearance is just another celebration of India’s rich textile heritage. Decked in a luminous chartreuse saree from the label Shanti Banaras, she paid homage to the artistry of Indian handloom in the quietest and most iconic way.

From the vibrant colour to the intricate weaving, this timeless silhouette came together and created a look that felt both deeply rooted in tradition and contemporary as well. After making heads turn in a floral-printed chiffon saree with mirror work, she attended the trailer launch of her upcoming film in this vibrant piece from the Varanasi-based label Shanti Banaras.

Her lightweight saree had delicate silver floral butis running over it with a statement woven zari border along with a woven pallu containing roses and arches. Dia wore the saree draped in a Nivi style, along with a sleeveless button-matching blouse.

To finish the look, she wore stunning diamond stud earrings, a diamond bangle, and a statement piece, a choker made with green stones that originated from Golecha's Jewels. On the make-up front, done by Avinash Prajapati, Dia had glowing skin with winged eyeliner, light sonic 117-planetised eye shadows, and a nude pink lip, with her hair styled into a smooth side-parted bun done by hair stylist Vithika Jaiswal.

Dia’s sartorial choice represents more than just a breathtaking fashion moment; it serves to remind us of the continuing relevance of handcrafted textiles and the skilled craftsmen maintaining ancient weaving traditions that have been passed down through generations.
